Payment Terms
Because
we charge a flat fee for most tax resolution services, we require
that you pay a retainer equal to one-half of our service fee in
advance by credit card, Pay Pal, or electronic check. For an Offer
in Compromise, you must deposit at least one-half of our fee, with
the balance due upon submission to IRS. Having received your
authorization, and upon completion of our work, we will charge
your credit card or account for the balance if any of our fee. If
you fail to pay us the balance of our fee upon completion of an
agreed upon service, we will contact IRS and ask them to un-do our
work, thereby placing your account back to square one. We of
course do not like to do this and hope that you will honor our
agreement as we intend to do so.
Remember,
before we can begin work on your case, we must have a signed
Engagement Agreement and Power of Attorney on file. This documents
can be emailed, faxed, or mailed to our office.
